Katy Perry glammed it up at the 27th Annual ASCAP Pop Music Awards in Hollywood last night on April 21. The awards recognize the writers and publishers of ASCAP’s most performed songs of the year. Katy was honored for her songs 'Hot N Cold' and 'Waking Up In Vegas', which was among the top hits of 2009.
