have always wondered what would be the real ages of the successful hollywood actresses (what an useless information quest, huh?). Seriously, you look at them and think they are young, but not. They are in the mid-30's and most of them have crossed 40. Do you know that Salma Hayek's age is 41? And Catherine Zeta Jones is aged 38?
The point that I am making is this. When women reach their mid-30's, they give up their fitness routines, and put-on extra weight. But, look at the successful actresses, they are at their peak of their career when they have crossed 35. We all can learn a fact, that is everyoen of us, regardless of age, should pay attention to their diets and fitness routines.
